Portfolio: Housing
Ankrom Moisan understands urban housing: the market, the neighborhoods, the housing typology and the technical needs of this building type. Our portfolio reflects a broad spectrum of urban housing, including market rate apartments, condominiums, lofts and affordable housing. We have completed more than 6,000 units of housing at densities of up to 330 residences per acre.
In every instance we design buildings that add vitality to the city while respecting the existing urban context. Many of our projects are mixed-use and include active ground floor uses such as retail, office or live/work units. We incorporate sustainable design strategies whenever possible while working with our clients to help them achieve their goals.
Our projects are located throughout the west, from Los Angeles to Seattle, with more than a dozen high-profile projects completed in Portland’s Pearl District.
