CLIENT GOAL: An open dynamic office building that responds to the challenging needs of a creative staff.

DESIGN RESPONSE: Reflecting Sequent’s team structure, multimedia conference rooms separate open, flexible work space from atriums that encourage casual interaction essential in creative environments. An espresso bar on each floor reinforces informal meetings at the atrium. Windows extend to the ceiling for natural light and views, and campus buildings are connected by glass skybridges.
