CLIENT GOAL: A development where seniors can live independently, yet with a strong sense of community.
DESIGN RESPONSE: Springbrook Meadows is a senior living facility with 42 duplex homes and a 4,300 sf community center. The homes are 1,300 - 1,600 sf with a variety of 2-bedroom and 2-bedroom with den floor plans, private enclosed garages and a beautiful landscape.
The community center contains a large assembly room with a full-service commercial kitchen, fitness center, speakers platform and stone fireplace. It will accommodate neighborhood meeting, family gatherings, special evens and dinners.
